About Attorney Lambert
Attorney Lambert is an experienced Massachusetts courtroom litigator and skilled negotiator. Having spent significant time in court, he is a poised, prepared, and confident advocate for his clients. Outside the courtroom, Attorney Lambert has built a strong record of negotiating favorable settlements and practical resolutions in complex family law matters.
Mr. Lambert has successfully represented clients in high net worth divorce cases, including matters involving the valuation and division of businesses, pensions, real estate, and other significant marital assets. He has the experience and judgment necessary to protect his clients' interests and pursue a fair division of the marital estate. In cases involving custody and parenting time, Attorney Lambert takes a common-sense approach focused on preserving the best interests of the children while helping families navigate difficult and sensitive circumstances.
Attorney Lambert is also a member of the Children and Family Law Trial Panel. He represents children and parents involved with the Department of Children and Families, as well as parties in disputed guardianship matters. His work includes representing children and parents affected by substance use disorders, domestic violence, mental illness, homelessness, and other challenging circumstances. He has successfully helped reunite families whose children were placed in foster care following allegations of abuse or neglect.
After completing his service in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Lambert attended Northeastern University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He then attended Suffolk University Law School, where he made the Honor Roll and earned his Juris Doctor. Attorney Lambert is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Children and Family Law Trial Panel and has served as a Category F Guardian ad Litem.
